Dr Anthony Porter

Anthony graduated from Adelaide University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree with Honours. In 2002, he gained his Fellowship from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in plastic and reconstructive surgery, before undertaking postgraduate training in hand and burns surgery as a fellow at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, and Women’s and Children’s Hospital. Previously, Anthony was a visiting medical specialist for the Department of Plastic Surgery at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, where he consulted in general plastic surgery, with a special interest in hand surgery and melanomas. His focus today is his private practice, which is divided between Adelaide Plastic Surgery and Glenelg Community Hospital, where he provides a diverse range of plastic surgery procedures. He is especially drawn to patients with skin cancers, hand problems and burns, who can all benefit from his expertise.
