I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years experience utilising several evidence-based approaches to help my clients achieve their therapy goals. I now predominantly employ Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in my private practice work however believe that every person is unique so will tailor therapy to each client and will also utilise skills from Schema Therapy (ST) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) if appropriate. I draw from my varied experience having worked with individuals, couples and groups in correctional, hospital, community, research, corporate, defence and private mental health settings.
I provide therapy to adults in Sydney’s CBD and Online via Zoom or Skype (Medicare’s Telehealth Psychological Services).
