The purpose of psychology is to help individuals understand why we as humans think, feel, and react in certain ways, so as to better manage our lives and happiness. When we don’t understand the reasons for our feelings and actions, we can’t change them. But with knowledge comes the freedom to rebuild one’s life and relationships.
At Restore Psychology I’ve helped many people gain insight and develop plans to cope and to heal. I help clients identify how events from their past may be influencing their behaviour, and teach them the skills they need to overcome that influence.
