  • Brianna is a registered psychologist with a master’s degree in Professional Psychology from Griffith University. She is dedicated to providing evidence-based care and has extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). With a strong focus on treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and autism, Brianna brings a particular passion for working with adolescents and adults, helping them navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. Before joining our team, Brianna built a solid foundation in mental health as a Psychologist and case manager, specialising in personality disorders and delivering DBT-based support. Her person-centred approach means she connects deeply with her clients, offering warmth, understanding, and a safe space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Brianna tailors individualised treatment plans, empowering clients toward personal growth, enhanced self-awareness, and positive change. In addition to therapy, Brianna conducts psychological assessments for intelligence, academic achievement, and ADHD in children, using a variety of assessment tools to create a comprehensive view of each client’s needs. She considers symptoms, history, and life circumstances to ensure a tailored, meaningful approach. Her assessments help guide treatment planning, making every step of the therapeutic journey as impactful and supportive as possible.
