Nicola is passionate about helping clients overcome challenges related to depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment, personality disorders, health concerns, neurodiversity, and major life transitions. She specialises in emotion regulation, self-worth, and navigating interpersonal relationships, empowering clients to develop greater confidence and resilience. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing with her dog, exploring beaches, and discovering new restaurants.
With a client-centered approach, Nicola believes therapy is a transformative opportunity for personal growth and deeper self-understanding. She works collaboratively with each client to tailor therapy to their unique goals and needs, incorporating evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies to foster lasting change.

With experience in both private and public mental health settings, she has worked with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Nicola is also trained in cognitive assessments, providing valuable support to clients with diverse learning needs and neurodevelopmental profiles.
