If you are feeling stressed and overwhelmed, are lacking confidence or if you just want to get more out of life and be at your best, I offer psychological therapy or coaching sessions to help people build their resilience and live a more positive and meaningful life.
I utilise CBT, solution-focussed and positive psychology approaches.
Afternoon, evening and Saturday appointments are available. Telehealth sessions are also available by request.
Medicare rebates may be available, please check with your GP to see if you are eligible. Private health rebates may also be available.
The session fee is $200.00. Payment is required at time of the session. Rebates may be available from Medicare or Private Health.
