Rose is a dual-qualified Physiotherapist and Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 8 years of experience in private practice and sports physiotherapy. She holds a Master of Physiotherapy, Master of Exercise Physiology, and a Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science from The University of Sydney. Rose is a GEMt-certified dry needler and a trained Clinical Pilates instructor (Mat and Reformer).
Rose has a strong background in sports coverage and athlete rehabilitation. She was the team physiotherapist for the Australian Indoor Netball Team at the 2024 World Indoor Netball Championships in New Zealand, and has also supported the NSW State Indoor Netball Team at the National Championships. Currently, Rose is the physiotherapist for Blacktown City FC Women’s First Grade and Under-20s, providing high-level care in a semi-professional football environment.
Her treatment approach integrates hands-on therapy with tailored exercise prescription and Pilates-based movement retraining, aiming to support recovery, build strength, and prevent reinjury. Rose has worked with a broad range of clients—from individuals managing workplace or postural injuries to elite athletes undergoing complex rehabilitation and return-to-sport programs.
Known for her warm and considerate approach, Rose is passionate about providing evidence-based, patient-centred care. She is dedicated to helping clients move more freely, confidently, and with long-term results.
