Kate is a Physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in physio and a Bachelor of Science/Arts from the University of Sydney. She is passionate about helping people move better and feel stronger and after several years working with Cure Cancer Australia Foundation and the Chris O’Brien Lifehouse decided to refocus her career into physiotherapy. She enjoys treating a wide range of conditions and has developed a special interests in Women’s Health. Kate appreciates the unique complexity of working with females, both athletes and general population, and what unique challenges that can entail. Her special interest also extends to working on shoulder and knee joint problems. Kate holds APA Level 1 Pelvic Health qualification in Women’s Health, with a particular interest in pre- and pos-tnatal care, as well as managing incontinence in the female athlete population. Kate is currently undertaking Level 2 training to continue delivering up-to-date, evidence-based pelvic health care across all stages of women’s lives. Kate is an avid runner and basketball enthusiast, which fuels her passion for helping people return to the activities they love and keeps her grounded in managing these injuries first hand.

Erin has over 20 years of experience working in physiotherapy and exercise physiology. His journey began with several years of clinical research in knee surgery with eminent Sydney knee surgeon, Dr Merv Cross, and resulted in co-authoring more than 20 research papers in peer reveiwed journals. He then took a step to retrain in physiotherapy and working initally at Royal North Shore Hospital. This led to private practice work in both Sydney and London over the following years where he gained skills treating a mix of athletes and performing artists from beginners to the elite level. He was also fortunate enough to work as a physiotherapist at the London 2012 Olympics in the Athletes Village Polyclinic.

Sarah has worked as a physiotherapist for over 15 years in both private practice and aged care settings. Over this time she has honed her assessment and treatment skills through various manual therapy and exercise based courses. Some of these include Muscle Energy for the pelvis, spine and rib cage, Kinesio taping, Acupuncture and dry needling, Tai Chi for Arthritis, PD Warrior and Progressing Ballet Technique. Having danced for many years in her childhood, and since watching her daughter develop a love of ballet, Sarah has recently become further interested in pre-pointe training and assessment, shoe fitting, treatment and education of dancers and dance related injuries.
