With more than a decade of physiotherapy experience across both overseas and Australian settings, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life—each with their own unique story and goals. Throughout my career, I have treated a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, postural and ergonomic issues, vertigo, lymphoedema post–breast cancer, neurological concerns, and women’s health—supporting women through antenatal, postnatal, and lactation periods.
My passion for physiotherapy led me to pursue a Master’s degree in the field, further deepening my knowledge and clinical skills. I have also completed a course in Nutrition in Physiotherapy, approved by the Florida Board of Physiotherapy, driven by my curiosity about how nutrition can complement physical rehabilitation. Additionally, I hold a Yoga Alliance–certified qualification , which allows me to integrate yoga into my physiotherapy practice—enhancing flexibility, strength, and mindfulness in recovery.
My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and holistic. Outside of clinical practice, I have a keen interest in yoga, swimming, and badminton, which has fueled my passion for treating sports injuries and helping clients return to peak performance.
