Jessica graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia in 2007 and has over 17 of clinical experience in private practice. She has worked extensively in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and has a strong focus on patient education, injury prevention, and long-term functional outcomes. Jessica also has over 16 years of experience teaching and supervising Clinical Pilates.
Jessica has completed Part A and B of the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy and holds certification in Dry Needling. She has also completed the Watson Headache Technique Level 1 Foundation course. She has worked as a physiotherapist with SANFL teams including Glenelg and South Adelaide, as well as with various local sports clubs. Jessica also has valuable experience supporting residents in aged care facilities, with a focus on maintaining mobility and promoting independence through exercise.
Jessica enjoys helping people return to doing what they love—whether that’s work, sport, or everyday life. Her clinical interests include spinal pain, whiplash-associated disorders, and sports-related injuries.
