The Athlete Lab is a boutique physiotherapy clinic located in Hawthorn, South Australia, just minutes from the Mitcham Shopping Centre. The clinic services Mitcham. Hawthorn, Belair, Torrens Park, Netherby, and Unley areas, as well as the greater Adelaide area. Our physiotherapists assist athletes from all sports, focusing on rehabilitation from injury, injury prevention, recovery and increasing performance. We provide tailored programmes and treatment designed specifically for the athlete to help them reach their goals. Whilst we have a passion for high performance, our clinic caters for a range of clients, from amateur, emerging, sub-elite and elite athletes to your weekend warriors to the older clientele who just want to get moving and enjoy an active life. Our philosophy is to recognise that every client has a unique story and distinct motivations. We believe in a more bespoke approach to physiotherapy, which not only helps to relieve pain but also assists you to persevere with rehabilitation and to get the best out of your body. Our gym facilities allow us to guide you through personalised exercise programmes, as well as have options for group exercise classes. Exercise is used in conjunction with other therapies such as massage, dry needling, cupping or other manual therapy to help you recover and excel.
