Tom's treatment style brings together exercise-based rehabilitation and hands-on manual therapy, always underpinned by the latest clinical evidence. He takes time to listen, explain, and build a plan that works for you, not just your injury. Tom is the Director of Focus Physiotherapy + Rehabilitation and has extensive experience in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. He is currently the Head Physiotherapist for Werribee Football Club in the VFL and has previously worked in professional Rugby with the Melbourne Rebels Super W, Coburg Lions VFL and Melbourne University Rugby Club. He enjoys treating people of all ages and activity levels, using a combination of exercise-based rehabilitation, hands-on treatment and the latest evidence to help people recover, restore confidence and perform at their best.
