Jessica Mcgrath

Jess is one of our physiotherapists working across both the Footscray and Glen Iris clinics. She blends physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, and education to deliver treatment that's grounded in the latest research but always practical and tailored to the individual in front of her. Her goal is to help people move with purpose, manage pain effectively, and build strength that lasts. With experience across acute trauma, emergency departments, elite sport, and complex conditions like endometriosis and ADHD, Jess knows how to adapt rehab to suit real-life demands. She works with athletes, NDIS participants, post-surgical cases, and those navigating persistent pain, using a biopsychosocial framework to support meaningful, long-term outcomes. Her sessions are collaborative, movement-rich, and person-centred. Involving a mix of manual therapy and exercise therapies, Jess helps you reconnect with your body, your goals, and your confidence.
