I have worked as a Psychologist for over 17 years. I have been running my own practice for 11 years, working with individuals from 16 years old who are working through depression, anxiety, grief, relationship problems, workplace difficulties and low self-esteem. I tailor my approach specific to each client’s unique set of circumstances and utilise practical strategies from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to improve one’s well-being. My formal qualifications include: Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology (P.G.Dip in Psych) Postgraduate Certificate in Psychological Practice (P.G. Cert in Psych Practice) I am also a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (Member of APS)
