Judith is a Clinical Psychologist, consultant and mediator who has worked in forensic, private and community settings including being a Member of the Mental Health Review Board, Victoria; Counselling Supervisor at Lifeline (staff) and consultant for emergency services organisations primarily trauma recovery. She works with individuals, couples and groups to address current and past issues to help them develop the skills to successfully manage challenges and improve wellbeing. among her areas of special interest are anxiety, depression, phobias, eating disorders, trauma, conflict, courtroom and workplace support. She has also successfully integrated her training as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner at Relationships Australia to work with individuals, couples and workplaces to address conflict and build resilient individuals and teams. Judith's work as a clinical psychologist is centred on working with clients to provide individual specific therapy. Judith is referred clients from a variety of areas including high level professionals, athletes, performers and students. She has a Masters in Counselling Psychology and is trained in a range of therapeutic approaches including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Solution Focussed, Narrative, Mindfulness, Emotion Focussed and Schema Therapies as well as Hypnosis and Mediation. This enables a flexible, client approach to individual counselling and corporate consultation. She is excited to now offer VR for anxiety, panic and mindfulness.
