Julian specialises in providing therapeutic support for adults and adolescents. Julian has a warm, easy-going manner and compassionate approach to counselling clients. Julian is dedicated to working collaboratively with his clients to help them achieve real change. After identifying the core issues negatively impacting the client’s life, Julian provides support to develop useful insights and strategies to effectively manage distressing or unhelpful emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. Julian encourages his clients to find more meaning and purpose, by clarifying and actively moving in their preferred life direction.
