I am a Clinical Psychologist with experience in private practice and public health.
I often work with adults who feel low and burnt out, struggle with anxiety, have recurring relationship problems, and want to understand their emotional experiences more deeply. Trauma is also an area that I am interested in, especially how it shows up in relationships.
Therapy can offer a meaningful opportunity to better understand yourself, your relationships, and the emotional experiences that may be keeping you stuck.
While structured sessions that focus on practical strategies and techniques can sometimes be helpful, my approach is more relational and insight-oriented. Sessions tend to feel conversational and reflective, with space to slow down and explore what is happening beneath the surface. Rather than positioning myself as the “expert” on your life, I see therapy as a collaborative process, where two people are working together to understand your difficulties, your experiences, and the ways you hope to grow and change.
