Simon Trinh

Simon joins the Liverpool team from a busy musculoskeletal physiotherapy private practice with a wide experience base in structured rehabilitation, manual techniques and class instruction. Simon strives to achieve the most optimal health possible, both physically and mentally and understands the interconnected nature of the human body. He enjoys assisting others to return to their "normal level of functional whether that be sport, work or just day to day life. Evidence based practice is the foundation to his treatment approach having completed a research thesis on physical activity levels during rehabilitation in my third year of the Doctor of Physiotherapy degree. I am well informed of the importance of applying this to my everyday clinical reasoning. When he's not fixing people up in the clinic he enjoys keeping physically active by training at the gym, playing soccer and is a keen runner.
