With over five years of dedicated experience in the field of physiotherapy, I am driven to help individuals regain their mobility, strength and overall function. My expertise lies in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, where I have had the privilege of working with the Newcastle Knights Inaugural NRL Women’s Premiership side. I have a keen interest in the spine, shoulder and hip. These areas are crucial for our everyday movements and play a vital role in sports performance. I am passionate about improving the lives of all my clients, from those who need help regaining mobility after an injury, to those who want to improve their overall health and wellbeing. I have experience working with a wide range of individuals, including geriatric and paediatric populations, as well as clients under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Acland Street Physiotherapy was founded in 2018 by local physiotherapist Barry Nguyen in response to increasing demand for his services, and recognising the need for a fully equipped physiotherapy clinic on Acland Street, St Kilda. Barry has serviced patients locally for over 12 years, conducting over 20,000 physiotherapy consultations. Barry is also the Innovation Advisor of physiotherapy peak body Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).
