FTMC is a local medical centre that has been operating since 1985. We are one of the largest full service practices in the area with 14 qualified doctors, operating on a regular basis in conjunction with 4 allied health professionals. We are open 7 days a week. We are one of the largest full service practices in the area. We strongly believe preventative health care leads to a healthier and more satisfying life style. Our aim is to provide our patients, and the community with comprehensive and compassionate health care.

His postgraduate years were spent in Gosford and he has had a relationship with Manning Rural Referral Hospital since 2002. Bill has married locally and has two small children. He was recognised with an Order of Australia Medal in 2005 for his disaster work in the 2002 Bali attacks.

I have worked/rotated in various disciplines in medicine including cardiology, respiratory, neurology, gastroenterology, oncology, geriatrics as well as rotations in psychiatry, paediatrics, obstetrics & gynaecology and general surgery. My special interests include aged care/geriatrics, family & preventative medicine and gastroenterology.     Anne was raised in the Upper Hunter Valley and began her career as a Nurse straight out of High School. She is married with two adult children. During Anne’s successful nursing career progressed from RN to Midwife then Midwife Educator and Consultant. She was also NUM (Nursing Unit Manager) at the Women and Children’s Unit for a large Private Hospital on the Central Coast. Anne also worked as an Emergency Nurse for 6 years with the Royal Flying Doctor Service based in Bundaberg, Broken Hill and Alice Springs. Anne decided to further her career and returned to University to study to become a Doctor; she then trained in Samoa until she became qualified in 2010. She then worked as a Doctor in Broken Hill and Westmead before coming to us as a GP Registrar.

    Dr Sambell completed her medical degree from the University of Notre Dame Sydney in 2011. She worked as a junior doctor on the Central Coast of NSW (Gosford and Wyong Hospitals) before moving to Tanzania in 2014. During her time in Arusha, Tanzania Dr Sambell worked in paediatrics and obstetrics and was particularly involved in the neonatal intensive care unit and medical teaching programs. Since returning to Australia in 2016 Dr Sambell has worked in Scone as a GP Registrar and a Visiting Medical Officer at Scone Hospital. Dr Sambell has her Diploma in Child Health and loves the variety that general practice offers. She is particularly interested in Emergency Medicine, Women’s Health and Paediatrics. Dr Sambell and her fiancé love travelling and they recently built a preschool in the Maasai village of Engaruka in rural Tanzania. They look forward to exploring the beautiful Forster area in 2017.
